We used to make sausages and sell them locally here in Wiltshire. Occasionally, we found ourselves with more sausage meat than sausage sales, so we decided to try making a few Scotch eggs. To our surprise, we ended up selling far more eggs than sausages, and that's how Hettie Hen was born.
Everything we make is made to order, ensuring that everything is fresh and there’s no waste! We are based in Warminster, not far from the Boyton Estate, where our journey began with the famous Tamworth pigs. While we could say that our heritage influences our eggs, we believe that would be pretentious, so we’ll keep it straightforward!
